Hand-crafted, Made in USA Gift

Made in New Hampshire, our cheese/bread boards bring together two hand crafted products. The pewter medallions are cast and hand finished in our New Hampshire workshop. The wooden boards are also made in Hampshire Pewter using high-quality hardwoods

Quality built wood bread-chess boards

High-quality hards of cherry (the center), walnut (the two darker colored pieces), and maple (the two lighter colored pieces) make up the board. Our wood crafter uses tongue inserts (trade name: biscuits) and an industrial strength wood glue to hold the individual pieces together. The boards are then hand sanded and coated in food grade mineral oil. You can expect that these boards will hold up to years of usage. Washing with soap and water, an occassional coating of food grade mineral oil is all the care and maintenance these boards will need!
