The one-room schoolhouse was the first formal education for many Americans. Local churches started them so that the kids could learn to read the Bible, and many towns and villages had one. Our charm features the one-room house with windows, steps, and the cupola on top and "School" proudly displayed on the sign above the door. This charm would be a great gift for the educator in your life! It can be worn on earrings, a bracelet or necklace or on a zipper pull. Also check out our school-themed Crayon, Computer and Apple charms.
