Custom Ornament - Victorian Stroll - Troy, NY
When the Rensselaer County Historical Society first took over the exquisit home that now houses the Hart Cluett Museum they partnered with the Van Rensselaer Garden Club and began the Annual Greens Show. The garden club transforms several rooms of the museum with fresh seasonal greens, trees, flowers, and more. In 1982 they added the Victorian Stroll. This year's ornament celebrates 40 years of the stroll. It is a two sided rimless pewter ornament that shows the Stroll Guy with his very own evergreens vendor cart. Hampshire Pewter is honored to help carry on this tradition of an annual pewter ornament for the Troy Victorian Stroll.
