Riverside Junior Womens Charity | Riverside, IL

The Riverside Junior Women's Charity was started in the 1937.  The RJWC strives to build a stronger community by fostering friendships among their neighbors, addressing the needs of others and improving the quality of life in their township and surrounding areas.  They recently reached out and asked us to design a custom ornament for their organization. Working with one of their members we were able to put together a beautiful ornament of Riverside's Water Tower and Train Station. According to town history, Riverside was a stop for the railroad and then a group of investors purchased the land around the railroad stop and had an elite suburban community built. The train depot has been the focal point of the town ever since and has not change much over the years.
