The city of Dover, New Hampshire is celebrated its 400th anniversary in 2023. For the 4th ornament in the town’s Hampshire Pewter ornament series, they chose to feature the Cocheco River Falls. It is a beautiful display of nature, the river cascading over a cliff of rock formations, creating a scenic oasis in the heart of the bustling downtown. There is an iron bridge spanning the falls, that is part of the historic mills. Visitors can walk over the bridge and feel the mist from the water.
